1. Introduction and Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding agreement between players ("you" or "user") who use the mmkji platform (https://mmkji.org) and all associated services, and mmkji.

The name, date of birth, and contact details provided during registration must be accurate and belong to you personally. mmkji may close the account of any player who provides false information and may freeze the funds in that account.
2.4 Personal Funds
You must use only your own bank account or payment method. Acting as an agent for third-party funds, playing with borrowed money, or engaging in any improper financial activity is prohibited.
3. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

You can deposit at mmkji using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and bank transfer. The payment method used must be owned by the account holder personally.

3.2 Withdrawal Process
mmkji normally processes withdrawal requests within 10 to 45 minutes. As a policy, withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit. Supporting instructions will be required for any change to the withdrawal method.
3.3 Financial Verification
For any deposit or withdrawal transaction, mmkji has the right to carry out identity and financial checks on the player. Withdrawals will only be approved after verification is complete. This is done for anti-money laundering and player protection purposes.
mmkji monitors money laundering and fraudulent payment activity and may immediately suspend the relationship. In such cases, funds cannot be returned.
4. Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
mmkji offers first-time depositors a 100% welcome bonus on their deposit — up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. This bonus can only be withdrawn after wagering 10 times the bonus amount.

4.2 Wagering Requirement Terms
After claiming a bonus, the funds derived from that bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount has been completed. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount, not on the deposit amount.
4.3 Bonus Restrictions
- The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per person.
- Wagering can only be completed through bets placed personally by the player.
- Simultaneous games and betting patterns aimed solely at clearing a bonus must comply with policy.
- mmkji reserves the right to cancel a bonus before it has been fully claimed.

5. Gaming Policies

5.2 Prohibition on Software Exploitation

7.2 Disclaimer of Liability

7.3 Dispute Resolution
Any dispute between a player and mmkji will first be addressed through negotiation. If it cannot be resolved, arbitration may be used.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Self-Closure by Player

8.2 Closure by mmkji
mmkji may immediately close a player's account without prior notice in the following cases:
- Evading required verification checks
- Opening multiple accounts
- Software exploitation or bot usage
- Fraudulent bonus claims
- Suspected money laundering
- Violation of these terms and conditions
